8 weeks. Two training phases. A plan built to tighten up, build definition, and actually show results.
This is for women who are done putting in work without seeing a change. Eight weeks is long enough to build real strength and see clear definition in the mirror — when the training is structured and the nutrition is handled properly.
What is inside:
- Two progressive training phases across the full 8 weeks
- Day-by-day upper and lower body sessions with exercises, sets, reps, and weight tracking
- Nutrition guidance with portion sizing and calorie and macro tracking methods
- Sample meal plans at multiple calorie levels plus healthy recipes
- Goal setting, mindset tools, and pre and post assessments
- Weekly tracking sheets for sleep, energy, water, and mood
How it works:
The training progresses week by week so every session has a purpose. Nutrition is included because training alone is not the full picture — the guide shows you how to set targets, how to use MyFitnessPal, and how to stay consistent without overhauling your entire life.
Progress tracking is built in from start to finish. Consistency is what changes your body, and this program is designed to keep you consistent.
Structure. Nutrition. Consistency. That is what 8 weeks of real work looks like.

This program is great for anyone new to the gym or someone who wants to switch up their routine. It’s super easy to follow and pushes you to be disciplined in your workouts.
It also pushed me to get out of my comfort zone in the gym and try new exercises. Some of these new exercises I’ve added to my routine and have become some of my favourites.
Feeling more confident in my abilities and I was able to see and feel real results after this! Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to switch it up or start getting into the gym!
