This call is for active coaching members to stay accountable and keep results moving. Each week is used to review progress, tighten execution, and make any changes needed to training and nutrition before small issues turn into setbacks.
On the call, training performance is reviewed, nutrition consistency is checked, and barriers from the week are addressed, including busy schedules, cravings, weekends, stress, or motivation dips. Form and technique can also be reviewed through video so workouts stay safe and effective even with online coaching.
This is the weekly reset that keeps the plan sharp, keeps you on track, and keeps results coming.
